From the very late-20th-century typeface, this looks like it could be from the Schott 1972 or Henle 1993 edition and hence might lack publication information only because it's excerpted from a larger volume whose publication information is at the beginning and end, not within... Still wanted- a scan of the ms copy or of the Hompesch (not sure I have that name right) edited 1891 edition published by Cohen (or another published before 1963.)

Ms copy at Sächsische Landesbibliothek in Dresden (SLUB) (and a copy of that at Harvard's Loeb Library), along with F. 14, 20, 21.
First?? published, as "Divertimento" (in A minor, 1763), in 1891, by Cohen of Bonn (Monatsbericht (1891), p.463; Worldcat appearance shows 1763 is in title) (possibly earlier publication too), though better-known in a Schott edition of 1972 in which the title Fantasia is used. (Fairly sure these are the same works; not positive what title was Bach's originally.)
