Undoubtedly, the score is in concert pitch, not written pitch. Later in Part 2, the specification is bar/ten/bar. Part 3 starts with the specification alto/tenor/sop (in that order), later changing to alto (top line), 2 sopranos (2nd and 3rd line). Part 4 starts alt/ten/sop (in that order), changing to sop/ten/bar.
