History

Carl Gustav Förster of Breslau operated from ca.1810 to 1833. It published a variety of works: Onslow's chamber music, C.G. Reissiger's chamber music (Opp.59,70), F.J.Wolf's church music, F. A. Michaelis's violin works, and Ernst Kohler's piano pieces. Its output was fairly high: according to HMB the organization published 111 works in 1829-33 alone.
