Evans & Co of London published mainly domestic piano music from 1866 to 1930. Typical composers were 1870s F.F. Harvey, E. Sauerberg, J. Pridham; 1890s G. Hillward, W. Smith, C. Onslow; 1900 M.G. Ewing, V. Aimard, F.C. Maker. There were also some items for violin by Tolhurst.
