Notes	From the uploader's library : a just republished score at the time purchased during my military stint at the music emporium Musik Schaller Kaiserslautern under the stern but approving gaze of my host Frau Hildegard Ziegler in whose house (1, Marktplatz) I used to play (as often as possible) the cello or piano (1965). Hildegard's husband died in WW2 like the editor of this volume as explained here.
