Completed in 1929 according to List (Wikipedia) - in either case, perhaps (probably, given "1907 completed 1929" (published 1931)... and the context?) with Fenby (d.1997)'s help, suggesting that this work may not be even PD-EU and should be deleted or held in suspension for a very great length of time at least. (Fenby started working as Delius' amanuensis in 1928.)
