| Extra Information | Originally composed as a piano solo in 1983, this was arranged as a landscape instrumental in 2009, and then as a piano duet in 2023. This instrumental was inspired by a sleek black cormorant soaring regularly above my home north of Wellington NZ's airport, to its roost on the coast at dusk. Near the end is my fuller arrangement of the Intro and Verse 1, with strings on the tune, a harp on the arpeggiated chords and bells for the high D’s at the end. |
