This work is found on the NIE list (V8001P620). This NIE can only refer to revisions first published after 1925. The Jurgenson edition here is absolutely public domain in the USA, as there was nothing issued after 1918 with the Jurgenson imprint.

Revised version was completed in 1930 - see the link above. The 1911 Jurgenson issue was reprinted by Muzgiz in 1926. Since Muzgiz frequently reprinted Imperial-era scores both with corrections (Scriabin) and as straight facsimiles it's not easy to determine when the first issue of Myaskovsky's 1930-31 revision (mainly to the cello part) took place. As can be seen in the score above, this would have been no later than 1945 though the revision was finished by 1931 and possibly published as early as that year since even the 1945 score is a modified reprint of the 1911 Jurgenson rather than a new engraving.
