VIAF lists 2 notable Wacław Szymanowskis, 1821-86 and 1859-1930. The latter was not born when some of this was written, but it's worth checking in other cases to see if he wrote poetry and if it was used. (Wikipedia describes the other as a well-known sculptor and paintor, but that does not rule this out :)) (As usual without specific evidence we do not know that the author of a particular text was in fact either of the "2 notable" W.S.s, but perhaps a third as yet unknown-to-us.)
