Maybe he is Rotondi, Edler von Arailza, Joseph, born 1780. And a hint to an "Arailza" is mentioned by Wolf Moser:
Fernando Sor: a review in the
"Revue Musicale" from February 12, 1831. There is written, that there are other very talented artists like Moretti, Giuliani, Carcassi and two Spaniards named Aguado and Arailza. Maybe Arailza was wrongly taken for a Spaniard.
