American pianist and piano teacher.
Born 1852 in Batavia (New York), died 1924 in Manhattan (New York).
Her mother, Carolina Wagner, German-born music teacher, had studied with Moscheles.

In 1866 (at age 14!) Agnes Morgan gave an exam performance of Mendelssohn's
Capriccio brillant
at the Leipzig Conservatory.

Later she studied with
Moszkowski
and, primarily, with
William Mason
.

In 1899 she resided with her family in Carnegie Hall, Studio 1001.
