- The 1921 Musical Blue Book lists a "Harnish, Louise", piano teacher, in Parkersburg, West Virginia (city from another periodical) who studied at the Cincinnati School of Music under Edwin Glover, then in NY City under Kate Chittenden (piano), W.F. Sherman and C. Reid Spencer (harmony). "Sortedbyname.com" gives her death date as May 8/9 1938 and her birth date as ca.1864, which matches the rest of this. Birth country, etc. not given.
