Maestro di Capella in Valladolid (now Morelia) Cathedral. Known as "The Sumaya of Valladolid". A reference can be found in "Concise Encyclopedia of Mexico" which lists him as one of five composers based in Valladolid "during the last half of the Eighteenth Century", hence the flourished date.
