From RISM (which gives as its sources of information Eitner (Quellenlexikon) and MGG 2): Fiorelli war 1709 als Kammerkomponist und erster Violinist in der Dresdner Hofkapelle angestellt. He left Dresden by 1711 (Maunder, The Scoring of Baroque Concertos, p.92. Fiorelli was one of the performers for the Dresden premiere of Telemann's TWV 52:e4 - according to Maunder (ibidem) the parts are all by the same copyist and the intended soloist has his name written on the part.)
