Possibly related to Louis A. Drumheller? -- Well, the latter did have a son, Charles, who died in 1958... there's that relation anyway. (Then again, given the fl-dates, maybe Louis' brother. Louis and his brother- name I don't know, can try to look up...!- had a publishing concern naturally called "Drumheller Bros." in Harrisburg (see link in L.A.'s category page).
