Baptised on 16th august 1801 in Nijmegen. Pupil of Wilhelm Gottlief Hauff and probably Ferdinand Hauff. He played church organs in Nijmegen and Haarlem, where he died. He is mentioned in music guides of Melchior (1890), Letzer (1913) and Edouard Gregoir
