Wikipedia has "[born in]Sadern". Is this a typographical error or an actual place? (Edit: "Ladèrn de Lauquet", see below.) (Also, Wikipedia-ca lists him as a composer "Frances" but a violinist "italian[s]". A tad confusing, that.)
