Russian amateur guitarist, composer and publisher. He was a student of Mikhail Timofeyevich Vysotzky (1791-1837). Vysotsky rented a corner of Alexeeff's house in his last years, and Alexeeff begun to study guitar from him. Afterward he established a publishing house after his name "K. Alexeeff" in Moscow around 1835 and mainly published his teacher's works. After Alexeeff's death, the publishing rights of those works were sold to the publishing company "Leingold", "Stellovsky" and "Gutheil".
