Carlo Beltramo of San Remo, the fashionable Italian summer resort, published popular music from 1930 to 1968. It was thus similar to the French publisher Paul Decourcelle (1882-1950) of Nice, the French summer resort a few miles to the west.
Beltramo wrote the libretto for at least one operetta, with music by G de Micheli: Amore tra i pampini (1927).
