According to the uploader of the arrangement, this is in Canzoni Strumentali di Torino Libro II , but there is no collection by that title in Grove Music, though there is a "Canzoni da suonare di Francesco Rovigo, et Ruggier Trofeo, 4, 8vv (Milan, 1613)". Assumed to be 4 voices, but tagging is subject to correction.
