'*'Soeur Beatrice was an opera that remained unfinished. This song was the only published part of the opera. It is unknown whether the opera exists in manuscript form, but if one ever surfaces and gets uploaded, this page must be renamed for the full opera, and re-tagged.

  • The projected instrumentation would have been orchestra, presumably, but it seems that Velásquez didn't even finish that; it was finished by Gallet. Still, this is tagged for orchestra because that would have been the intention, and because without a manuscript, we don't know what Gallet worked from.
