Notes From the uploader's family archives : this collection of copied handwritten popular songs and airs was presumably assembled by the uploader's grandfather, a schoolmaster at the turn of the XX century, in and around Rodez, France . He played the clarinet and the cornet in a military or marching band. Many numbers are unattributed. Some of the entries in a different hand. The 6 last airs were copied separately.
