History
The Bortolis were important music publishers in Venice in the early 18th century.
Antonio Bortoli took over Marino Rosetti's business, and was succeded by his son, Girolamo. They published "dramma per musica" (operas) and instrumental works.
For example, Here is a list of 26 Bortoli items in Bologna Academy library. Typical composers are Gasparini, Gentili, Lotti, Taglietti Zotti and Vivaldi. They include operas, sacred vocal music and instrumental music.
