Raff's original title was Thüringer Suite: Suite No.3. The work was published after his death as Aus Thüringen: Suite für grosses Orchester. The published version reversed the order of the third and fourth movements. Publication first announced in Monatsbericht (1893), p.374. ( - Cypressdome)
