This collection was put together from pieces which are public domain and retypeset by Martin Grayson, against the clock as it formed Christmas presents in 2010. It has no contents or index but the pieces are in the same order in each part book. The book is very useful but it is quite possible that the indexing and the big job of re-page-numbering all the Sibelius files and remerging them will never get done. So here it is, warts and all for string players to enjoy. Maybe it would be possible to page number the pdfs with a pdf editor and replace these files?????
