Edition is a New York Edition Musicus reprint (edited by Robert Leech Bedell) of what appears to be the original published by Alphonse Léduc et Cie, Paris. Title of "Cantilene" appears dubious. Robert Leech Bedell also compiled 2 volumes entitled "The French Organist (L'organiste français)", the 1st of which contains this piece but calls it "Andantino". This is why I think it's Tournemire's Op.2
