Navigation etc.

  • There are several other similarly titled collections: H Böhme (Litolff) Zanger Op.19 for example.
  • No arrangers or editors are credited in the 1889 printing of volume 1. Judging from entries in Worldcat this must have been corrected in the edition whose copyright was renewed in 1911.
  • Though the title page mentions no solo instrument other than violin, the top line of the piano parts consistently says "Violin or Flute or Violincele".
