  • Authorship note: On the score is written "Composição musical inédita, do saudoso Dr. José Candido de Lacerda Coutinho" (1841-1900). It's unsure if Coutinho was indeed a composer (his father was a composer), and it's strange that he would refer to himself as "Um Patusco Reformado" and even that this score was published 12 years after his death.
