Navigation etc.
Guitar in this case refers to the 18th century English Guitar, or cittern - with 6 courses rather than 6 single strings, tuned to a chord of C, also different from the modern Spanish guitar. The Renaissance cittern has another different tuning, but this has been tagged as cittern, as it is related more to that instrument than the guitar.
An early printing of tune known as "Morelli's Lesson"
