Navigation etc.
I was able to find two historical performances of A Dreamlet in versions for guitar trio and octet, respectively (see below). It is unclear whether Odell himself had a hand in either of these.
- 1914-05-31 in Omaha: auditorium of the Omaha Y.W.C.A.1
- Members of the Francis Potter Mandolin Orchestra: Mrs. Thiessen, Miss Melotz, Francis Potter
- 1920-01?2
- Members of the Pittsburgh Mandolin Orchestra, W.H. Sweeney (director): Clara Fahrbuechel, Maria Sweeney, Mary Sweeney, Messrs. Shane, Truitt, Marshall, Du Barry, Stright
- "Y.W.C.A. Notes," Omaha Daily Bee, May 31, 1914.
- Herbert Forrest Odell, "Programs of Concerts and Recitals," The Crescendo 12, no. 8 (February 1920): 17.
To those with access to Newspapers.com, there is probably a February 1916 performance of the version for two guitars listed here.
