Though the bass line is unfigured, there are parts of it that are more indicative of a continuo part, e.g. what could be a double stop, but has stems opposing is more indicative of two people playing (e.g. keyboard on bottom part, cello on top part), also indications for "solo", which most probably would mean cello plays, keyboard drops out.
