Hofmeister's Monatsbericht (1886), p.57 The most famous setting of Allerseelen is no 8 of 8 Gedichte aus 'Letzte Blätter', Op.10 (Strauss, Richard) published in 1887.
As can be seen from the number of arrangements, Lassens's setting was very popular during the period 1886 to 1914.
