There being (well, at least) two (contemporary in time and place) composers named James H. Rogers, one begins to wonder whether one used Op. nos. on a fairly regular basis, and the other didn't... perhaps this is by James Henderson Rogers instead.
*and there are a number of songs by a "James H. Rogers" with opus number, but almost no organ works so, I gather- which makes some sense; James Henderson Rogers apparently was able to play organ but was better known as a bandmaster, pianist and song-composer, if I understand.
