Misc. Notes I found a complete version of prelude 39 in Heinrich Bungarts Präludien-Album für Orgel oder Harmonium, a collection of pieces by different composers.

The piece (No.284, pp.174-175) bears no title or even a composer's name. It's followed by another prelude in B minor (No.285, p.175), which could very well be the missing prelude 40.
