Misc. Notes First edition but also edited and revised by Max Vogrich? That doesn't seem right somehow. HMB 1891/339 doesn't mention Vogrich here besides... a Google Books search seems to turn up no reference to a Vogrich revision of these waltzes earlier than 1912, though in a omnibus book that is not useful for publication-date-estimation.
