Original images: ca.300dpi color png files approx. 3370 by 4175 pixels. Editing: re-sampled to 600dpi, converted to black and white tif files, de-skewed, and set uniform margins. Color copy is included due to the number of erasures possibly by the composer. I have tried to restore the black and white copy to what the original engraved copy would be but for the 3rd measure of the second system on page 4 that proved impossible.
