Music publisher operated in Paris by Émile Benoît (d. 1897), and later his widow, from ca.1863 until the business was acquired by W. Sulzbach. Upon Sulzbach's retirement ca. 1910 the imprint returned (again under the imprint of Vve. Benoît), and made its final appearance in 1927.
