Extra Information On the score the composer is only identified as "Mair." Zentralbibliothek Zürich identifies the composer as Giovanni Simone Mayr. Biblioteca Comunale di Trento identifies the composer as Franz Mair. The identification of Franz Mair seems doubtful given his dates of (1821–1893). Mentioned in the AMZ Intelligenzblatt, December 1805, page 7 (in a list of Breitkopf publications- possibly a 2nd edition or a co-publication, admittedly, so the Gombart publication may be earlier.)
