Misc. Notes (2004 edition edited by Michael Thrasher, born 1972. No edition between the manuscript and 2004 seems to exist, though the parts do seem to belong to a manuscript copy, which itself can count as an edition under law in some regions for first edition (editio princeps) law purposes, I think - Schissel) (Or was the score prepared from the ms copy parts by Mr. Thrasher?)
