According to Ibdb, this was used in Rosamund's 1907 The Shoo-Fly Regiment, but one WorldCat entry talks about a "1902 version" and a "1917 version". So it seems to pre-date The Shoo-Fly Regiment and was not conceived specifically for it. Therefore, it will stay on its own page.
