The sheet music says "As played by the Steyermarkische Band". Wikipedia's page on Gungl refers to one of his orchestras as a band -- "in 1843 he was able to establish an orchestra in Berlin. With this band he travelled far, even to the United States in 1848 -1849"." While this orchestra/band probably wasn't the Steyermarkische Band (Steiermark is Styria, in Austria), it is likely that, as in the reference to the "band" in Berlin, this was also an orchestra. Tagging subject to correction if an original is uploaded.
