Since the subtitle is "Arranged for violin alone", presumably this was originally written with an accompaniment of some sort. Tagged using WorldCat as a guess. Admittedly, a guess, especially since I (i) can't see this 1926-published score (ii) haven't seen Les arpèges - but it still seems a good guess. - ES
