Dedicatee may be Marie Pleyel (1811-75) who married Camille Pleyel though her middle name was not Camila. It might be someone else, though.

Gustav Friedrich Klemm, in his book Die Frauen, calls Marie Pleyel "Maria Camilla Pleyel, Gattin des bekannten Instrumentmachers" (vol.5, p.140). So the dedication "Marie Camila Pleyel" should probably be read as "Marie 'Camil[l]a' Pleyel".
