Judging from this listing of a 3-CD set of Reincken's surviving works for keyboard instruments, a "Fuga in " D minor (or in some other key, transcribed to D minor for this?) could be any of several works here... (I think there may be a cataloguing system for Reincken, will have to check. "Fuga" isn't by itself much help - note instructions about ambiguity on the workpage creation page.

Oki, definitely the "Fuga in G minor" (minor-ish/Modal-equivalent-to-minor-etc.-etc.) Authenticity uncertain, according to Wikipedia article. (Likewise first publication date may not have been earlier than 1967.)

Musicologist and editor Klaus Beckmann suggests the Fuga might be from the pen of Buttstett.
