Misc. Notes Inverse pedal notation means that the score is notated using traditional "Ped" and "*" markings. Cimbalom sample sets allow the user to use the MIDI pedal control (and normal piano pedal notation markings) to sustain the sound when pedal is down and damp when the pedal is up. The cimbalom actually works the opposite way. Sound is sustained normally and muted when the pedal is down.

Misc. Notes Here I notate on a single staff using normal cimbalom pedaling (though using piano pedal markings). Ped = Pedal down. * = Pedal in normal up position.
