Since the source of the typeset is not identified, the instrumentation is not certain. Also, the Wikipedia article (though this is not necessarily scholarly) says there are only 3 extant works of Buscarons; Cum invocarem for 12 voices; the responsory Qui Lazarum resuscitasti for 8 voice; and a Salve Regina for 8 voices.
Since his other works are for "voices" rather than choir, this has been tagged for 5 voices for now. A manuscript or other source would be good for double checking.
