The original publication was likely before Winkler's move to France (1924). It was published in the West in 1935 by M.P. Belaieff (Leipzig). The post-1935 Czech publication is from a collection. (Definitely post-1935 - well, post-August 5 1935 - since death date is on viola part...)

There is also an edited 2008 republication from Switzerland.
