According to this Wikipedia article, "Of the works attributed to [Dunstaple] only about fifty survive, among which are two complete masses, three sets of connected mass sections, fourteen individual mass sections, twelve complete isorhythmic motets (including the famous one which combines the hymn Veni creator spiritus and the sequence Veni sancte spiritus, . . .". Therefore, the hymn is part of the larger motet. Unfortunately, this article doesn't name the full motet. RISM indicates the hymn as:
"Veni sancte spiritus (Excerpts)
Other title: Veni creator spiritus (Excerpts)"

DIAMM lists the name of the motet as Veni Sancte Spiritus. The tagging will be done on the full motet, not the constituent parts. The page title will be Veni Sancte Spiritus, as per DIAMM. Should the sequence Veni Sancte Spiritus ever be uploaded to IMSLP, it should go on this page, since it is part of the full motet.
