Reprints (like this- especially ones from American publishers of foreign works during this period) didn't quite always reprint opus numbers accurately even when they -did- retain them at all... so that's really "no opus number _given here_". This might be from a set we don't have- or even one we do but not in full, like op.123...- ES

Theme is Die Lerche ("Zieht im Herbst die Lerche fort"), Op.32 by Wilhelm Heiser (1816-97) (pub.1853) (see incipit of theme @ Robert-Schumann-Haus). Perhaps this is from Op.123 suite 3?
