Mentioned in a Breitkopf & Härtel ad in a June 1888 issue of Musikalisches Wochenblatt (p.291, volume 19). May not have been available yet, possibly.
Sibley version was published in octavo format for the price of 3Mk (score only, no parts apparently). Regular version (score and parts) announced in August, 1888 issue of Hofmeister's Monatsberichte (Hofmeister's Monatsbericht (1888), p.301).
